As discussed earlier at the two information sessions, Forum Estates NV and its subsidiaries were converted into a GVBF or REIT in mid-November. The FPS Finance recognised this GVBF on December 3, 2019. Forum Estates Holding BV was established in mid-November as the owner of this GVBF, in which the shareholders participate partly in shares and partly via a bond loan. The first payment of the 6% annual interest on the bond loan will take place at the beginning of July 2020. The submitted ruling concerning the company structure and tax regime is in the final stage with the ruling committee.
