The ‘official’ annual report 2019, which is more extensive, will follow at the end of April, in preparation for the discussion and approval of the accounts by the General Meeting. Forum Estates has a number of interesting investment opportunities in the pipeline. For example, a Proxy Delhaize and four Carrefour Market (Mestdagh) are purchased. This will strategically strengthen our portfolio of supermarket real estate. This reinforcement is also important in the context of the conversion to an RREC in 2022. To finance this expansion, the Board of Directors decided to carry out another capital increase at the end of March.
If you are interested in subscribing to this capital increase (part capital part bonds), please contact us, stating the buyer’s identity and the desired amount. We will then contact you personally for further formalities. In principle, we will close the capital increase on 15 March. Existing shareholders will be given priority. You can subscribe from EUR 250 000, half in the capital, half in bonds.
