At the Board of Directors meeting on Monday 22 June, Mr. Jean-Louis Appelmans was elected Chairman of Forum Estates Holding BV. Jean-Louis had previously been appointed director at the General Meeting of Forum Estates Holding BV on 9 June.
Jean-Louis Appelmans has more than 40 years of experience in Belgian and international real estate. He was CEO of the GVV Leasinvest Real Estate for over 20 years and developed this RREC into a topper on the Brussels stock exchange. Jean-Louis was previously a director at RREC Retail Estates and is now CEO at Van Breda Immo Consult. In addition, Leasinvest Real Estate and real estate developer Extensa Group still call on Jean-Louis as director.
Jean-Louis brings many years of expertise in IPO and listed real estate to Forum Estates. CEO of Forum Estates Stefan De Bock says with satisfaction: “This expertise is a great added value for us, given the planned internationalization and the planned IPO of the fund in 2022. We are delighted and proud to have Jean-Louis with us as chairman of the fund.”
