Successful Spring Info Session for Shareholders

An information session for shareholders was held this evening. Traditionally, an information session takes place in spring and autumn. The information session took place for the first time in the offices of Forum Estates in Ghent. Shareholders are informed in detail at the information sessions.

During the info sessions, the shareholders are informed about the state of affairs. The agenda included: the first figures of 2018 (to be validated by the AGM of 4 June 2019), the evolution of the share value, the timing of the capital increases in 2019, the evolution of the supermarket landscape and our strategy, the preview pipeline of new acquisitions and the status of the transformation into GVV in 2020.

2018 was another excellent year at Forum Estates NV, formerly Ulvenhout Retail Invest Fund. A number of attractive acquisitions were made with the capital raised from the two capital increases in the spring and autumn, the operations were further professionalised, and the company and organisational structure were simplified.

Meanwhile, 2018 was concluded in collaboration with the appraiser Stadim, the accountant DENP and the statutory auditor of PWC. The results for 2018 are very positive and in line with the latest forecasts and expectations.
