Today, Forum Estates completed the acquisition of a retail space of 820m² in the prestigious new-build project ‘Obelisk’ at Markt 15 in Ronse. This space is leased to the Delhaize Group, which has set up a Proxy Delhaize there. This branch was recently successfully opened, with Joaquin and Nathalie as sympathetic independent operators.
This property is leased to the Delhaize Group under a long-term commercial lease and is fully in line with Forum Estates’ investment strategy.
