At the end of March, Forum Estates Holding BV will again be carrying out a capital increase to finance the new transactions. Existing shareholders will again be given priority in the subscription. In accordance with the new company structure, the subscription will take place for 50% in shares (capitalised) and for 50% in bond loans, yielding at 6% gross, 4.2% net after withholding tax. The bonds will be repaid upon the IPO, and the shares can be kept or sold after the planned IPO in 2022.
